Chris Coonan President/Managing Principal30 years of experience in Architecture as a Designer, Studio Manager & Master Planner. Chris worked as senior designer and upper management of National firms such as MBH Architects, Leo A Daly, as on the owner’s side at RED Development and with Target Corporation.Chris has lived and worked in China for 7 years and have done numerous projects all over China. Chris also owns a chain of restaurant & bars in China, which he self-developed while working on large design projects. |

Dennis Bonds Vice President/ProductionMr. Bonds, a licensed Architect in California, has more than 35 years experience in land acquisitions, entitlements, land planning, and architectural design.Additional areas of expertise include cost estimating, construction documents, and construction supervision of residential and commercial projects. Dennis has a diverse background in various project types in addition to his roles of Project Architect and Principal. Dennis is an authority on all aspects of project planning, contract agreements, construction documents and construction administration. |
